KEPAKY organizes an annual Blood Donation Drive and collaborates with the Karaiskakio Foundation and AEL FC on bone marrow donor sample collections, raising awareness about the importance of saving lives through donation.
KEPAKY actively promotes blood and bone marrow donation as essential acts of solidarity. In collaboration with the Blood Bank of Limassol General Hospital, the annual Blood Donation Drive takes place at the Foundation’s headquarters, bringing together volunteers and supporters.
KEPAKY has also carried out three bone marrow sample collection drives in collaboration with the Karaiskakio Foundation and AEL Football Club.

These actions contribute to saving lives, supporting patients in need, and expanding bone marrow donor registries.
The “Yellow Line of Help and Solidarity” is one of KEPAKY’s signature programs, launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to support individuals and families facing socio-economic hardship. What began as a volunteer initiative under exceptional circumstances has evolved into a lifeline for thousands of households across Cyprus, offering food assistance, essential goods, and free psychological and social support.
KEPAKY’s Social Support Program provides individualized assistance through a professional Social Worker, offering needs assessments, guidance, and coordination with community and state services to support vulnerable individuals and families.
KEPAKY supports refugees and war victims through emergency language-learning programs, distribution of essential goods, and the operation of a kindergarten and an all-day elementary school for Ukrainian refugee children, fully covering all operational costs.
KEPAKY declared environmental awareness as its campaign of the year in 2016–2017, launching a nationwide art competition on the theme “The Environment is in Our Hands” and organizing exhibitions and a tree-planting event.
