March 26, 2013

Overview

The programme was carried out in collaboration with the Autism Association, at its centres in the Limassol and Nicosia districts. It offered group-based psychological support sessions designed specifically for parents of children on the autism spectrum.

The sessions focused on emotional support, sharing of experiences, coping strategies, and guidance on dealing with the social, educational, and behavioural needs of their children. The initiative also aimed to reduce parental stress and promote a stronger support network among families facing similar challenges.

This action reflects KEPAKY’s commitment to inclusive social support services and its dedication to assisting vulnerable groups through targeted psychological and community-based interventions.
